Getting on my nerves

In general, I like my roommate. It's just that there are phases where she gets on my nerves. Like right now, she's coughing up a lung in our kitchen and it's so annoying. And it's not like she can do anything about it, I mean she's sick. Except she's been sick almost constantly for the past few months and she's turning me into a germaphobe. It's a miracle I haven't gotten sick with her distributing germs all over our apartment.
Or like yesterday, she signed for stuff for our downstairs neighbors and it's still lying on our kitchen table. I wonder when she will get around to giving them their packages. Maybe by next weekend, they'll actually get the stuff they ordered...
Apropos kitchen table, her boyfriend visited last weekend and it's still 50% covered in groceries that she hasn't put away. They used my wine glasses, and one of the glasses cracked, which would be no biggie, because these things happen, but she didn't even think it merited a mention. How hard is it to say "Oh BTW, one of the wineglasses cracked when we washed it yesterday"? Sometimes it's hard to believe that she's two years older than me, because she seems so immature.
