Damn, it's hot!

After weeks where it seemed to rain constantly, we got summer back again and how. The temperature doubled in like a day from 15 degrees celsius to 30. And while I really like Summer and the Sun and everything, it's a lot to take for your body. I feel slightly dizzy and woozy, despite the fact I drank 2 litres of water at work, some more when I got home and ate a couple of saltines. I could do with a good 7 degrees less, because it was 35 degrees today.

I had two job interviews last week and I have no idea how they went. They certainly didn't improve my self-confidence. And I'm still very undecided on whether or not I'm still interested in the first one. It just seems like a bad sign that they couldn't really tell me what exactly I'd be doing, although I asked them several times. I also have no background in the area, so it's really hard to decide whether the work could be interesting. My gut kinda says no. The second one I like, but doubt that I will be invited for the second interview round. While I have some experience in part of what the job entails (it's the same area I work in now, except the assistant part of my job), I might not have enough experience for them. What also didn't help the interview process is that I was sick while I was doing the interviews. It's really hard to answer questions about where you see yourself in 5 years when you feel like your head is gonna split open. The day of the second interview I actually called in sick, so I had the interview, went home and slept some more.

Tomorrow my brother is gonna come by to hang out and show me his pictures from his trip to Australia. I'm really looking forward to that.
