Epic fail DHL, epic fail!

They "attempted" delivery again today and noted that receiving address was closed when attempted delivery. I'm sorry, I gave them my work address and we are not closed on Friday morning. What do I need to do to get them to deliver it, sacrifice a goat? I live in the biggest city of Switzerland. There are street signs and numbers and everything. DHL is supposed to do this for a living. How hard can it be????

ETA: They apparently tried again an hour later, so I should be receiving it this afternoon. Hopeful yay!
