To kill a mocking bird

Today I've started reading "To kill a mocking bird" by Harper Lee. The difference in quality of writing between this and the crap that is the Twilight Saga is mindboggling. I'm reading it and constantly going, wow, this is so well written. It's like I'm surprised that there's no constant repetition and fleshed out characters and everything.
