Two choices

I got further clarification on the offer from O.: Either my contract ends at the end of November or the end of December, as planned. If my contract ends November 30, my last day of work will be next Tuesday, as in today in a week. The negative thing about that: no pay for a month, as my new job starts January 1. The positive things: 6 weeks off in total, I'd get to leave this horrible place about 3 weeks earlier than planned and hopefully never see O.'s face again. Why I haven't accepted the "offer" yet: I planned to slowly throw away stuff and get closure. If I accept it, I'll seriously have to step up my plan. Also the lovely, nice and charming way in which O. communicated the "offer" kind of makes me want to stick around just for the hell of it. I feel like I'd make it too easy on him to get rid of me, somehow.
