I've made through my yearly performance review

I got my yearly performance review today and according to my boss, I did well and she's hopes I continue like this. But she did remark that my work tempo had gotten slower. She actually thought this had to do with my diet, imagine that. I didn't mention that after the announcement of the merger, I probably started surfing on the Internet even more than I used to. I did however mention that because of the merger, my motivation took a nose dive and so did apparently my work performance. Thankfully the part of my becoming slower at work is not in writing and therefore not part of my file. The rest of the meeting was positive. I was quite nervous before it. I mean, it's always a bit nervewrecking to hear what other people think of you. But thankfully, she only said nice things.
