Oh Baby Baby

Today my downstairs neighbours came by to show me their new baby. It's very cute and she's called Eve. They are both very nice and glowing with parental pride. So far, it's kind of a miracle baby. She seems to be one of these babies that sleep through the night. To be honest though, once I'm sleeping, there could be a bomb going off right next to me and I'd sleep through it. I got to see their apartment. It has the exact same layout as mine. I really like what they've done to the place. They painted some walls other colours, like in the baby's room one wall is limegreen, one wall in the kitchen is light red. They wanted to check out how much I hear their music, so they turned on the music and came upstairs. I think they were quite shocked. It's been bugging me a little, but because they never really listened to music that long, I never went downstairs and said anything. They're aware of the problem now and are probably keeping it down more.

I need some serious inspiration for the apartment, it's pretty empty since Evelyn moved out. I still haven't bought a new kitchen table and chairs. So far, because I thought I'd have a new roommate by now and maybe she'd already have a table. Next week, I have time off and hopefully have time to hit the shops.
